Wired

News website The Wire has left entire BJP and central government running to defend Jay Amitbhai Shah son of Bhartiya Janata Party president Amit Shah. According to website report by journalist Rohini Singh the turnover of a company owned by Jay Amitbhai Shah increased 16,000 times over in the year following the election of Narendra Modi as prime minister and the elevation of his father to the post of party president, filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) show.

It is not shocking that relatives of people in power always show increase in their wealth but it is blow to voters imagination when happened in the vicinity of high rank leader and close aid of Prime Minister who proclaimed ‘Na Khaunga Na Khane Dunga’ (Neither will I eat nor I let others eat) regarding corruption money. Before any clarification from Jay Shah or his company, union Rail Minister Piyush Goel had seen announcing defamation case of Rs 100 cr against the website. Later many spokesperson, ministers also seen defending Jay Shah on TV or social media. The episode reminded me a previous incident of Robert Vadera (son-in-law of Congress president Sonia Gandhi) land deal expose in which all Congress party was doing the same. It is notable that same journalist exposed Robert Vadera story.

The prime minister who is too vocal regarding each issue when remain silent in corruption connected to own party make me lost the trust in his ability of showing clean politics. Why didn't he set an example to announce inquiry into the matter. Sadly his 'Mann Ki Baat' never audible in such matters. Neither in earlier allegation of Vyapam Scam by Madhya Pradesh government nor Lalitgate controversy involving Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhra Raje. His silence also irked during violence by cow vigilantes or dalit abusing. It is possible that story has another side too and party instead of defending Jay Shah with defamation case reveal that side of the story if any. I salute Rohini Singh and The Wire for bringing in that story when most of the media is boot licking the government. Jay Amit Shah, Amit Shah and Modi government has to come out clean from the controversy to regain the lost trust in them. Till then God Bless India.

The result of the assembly seats of five states i.e Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Punjab and Goa stood at 2 – 3 where Modi’s BJP won Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand with a humongous majority while Congress clean sweeps Punjab and has an edge in both Goa & Manipur which indicates they are likely to form government there. In Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand there is clear advantage Narender Modi as he single handily lead the campaign and sidelined every opposition. Congress – Samajwadi Party alliance against Narendra Modi’s Bhartiya Janata Party failed miserably even though his speeches, his actions were labeled by the opposition as ways of polarizing the people of the state.

Punjab witnessed victory of Capatain Amrinder Singh more than the Congress party who’s Vice President Rahul Gandhi was initially against fielding him as the Chief Minister. In Manipur Congress’s Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh succeeded in securing his fourth term as the chief minister. Irom Sharmila lost to him pathetically. The lady who gave all his life to the cause of the people can’t secure even hundred votes. The surprise in Manipur is the tremendous debut of BJP which won twenty one seats. Uttarakhand also gave clear majority to BJP, even the rebel MLA’s didn’t post any threat to the party there. Aam Aadmi Party performed poorly both in Goa and Punjab. In Goa it didn’t even open its account and there Punjab performance was poor than in the Lok Sabha elections of 2014.

These elections have some teachings not only for the people who lost and won but for all of us. I have tried to include them in this list:

  • Never order DJ and sweets believing on Exit polls. If AAP has Prevented Early Excitement they would have save themselves from embarrassment in public and media.
  • Victory is important and not the way how you have earned it. We have learned all our lives that it is important to play fairly than to win by wrong means but Prime Minister Modi proved it wrong. His Shamshaan-Kabristaan remark was purely communal, without permit road show in Varanasi was also wrong so is the conduct of some of his party people (Kasab remark) to polarize the election. But in the end they won and these issues didn't matter now.
  • Live your own life that's what we learn from the struggle and failure of Irom Sharmila. The iron lady of Manipur who was on the longest hunger strike to protest against brutalities of AFSPA even when she has wished to have a family live. She didn't even secure more than 90 votes. She wanted to work for her people but what she has earned is discouraging for her. NOTA votes were higher than her votes.
  •  Listen to everyone before making your opinion. If Rahul Gandhi would not settle on Amrinder Singh the party wouldn't have won the elections.
  • Young is through attitude and not through age. Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav who were projecting them as young leaders failed to perform against dynamic, energetic Narender Modi.
  • Laugh on other's pain. That is the biggest lesson of this elections. When everybody believed that demonetization which has affected farmers, laborers, small businesses badly would have negative effect on election results instead becomes fruitful for BJP because poor was happy to face its pain because those who have money are in trouble. Strange thinking isn't it?
  • Grapes are sour. Mayawati's claims after defeat that EVMs were tempered without proof establish this saying again.
Elections will come and teach us something always. This is the flavor of democracy that somebody wins and somebody loses. I hope those who are forming government do good for the people and the country. Till next post God Bless India.

Government Approved Money Laundering Scheme.

Government Approved Money Laundering Scheme.

Modi government believes in ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ since it has come in power ☺. Moving ahead on this mission the government has introduced amendment to the Income Tax Act in Lok Sabha on Monday for our dear black money hoarders who are experiencing sleepless nights after demonetization. Black Marketers who were facing difficulties in finding the way to convert their black money in legal money can now do this with government's help. Earlier they were either depositing this money in accounts of poor people with recovery period after March 2017 or were exchanging from some mediators or bank officials at the commission of up to 60% which means they are getting only 40% of their hard earned black money ☹.

Modi ji is known for his deep thinking before any of his quick actions. This idea also proving the same where the government is offering only 50% tax on converting black money into white and no punishment. Not only that 25% of that converted amount can be withdrawn at once and the rest 25% will be used for welfare of the poor. Government has promised that this welfare scheme for black money hoarders will also ensure confidentiality so that their names remain secret and they remain nationalist in eyes of the people. Those who feared for arrest or scrutiny for their black money are now feeling proud of being part of the development work of the government.

Sources among the black money hoarders said that this will boost their morale to accumulate more black money by tax evasion in the future endeavors which will further come handy for Modi ji in using it for the welfare of the people. Income Tax officers are also happy because they are hoping to get some incentives from black money hoarders while examining their balance sheets. The people standing in bank queues are yet to hear that news for busyness in depositing and withdrawing money. Source close to the government are sure for the success of this scheme after seeing the enthusiasm of their ardent followers on social media sites. Now people with ‘Illegal Properties’ are hoping for some similar measures so that they could contribute to the nation building.

For more information on this government approved money laundering you can download Namo App or visit government or Income tax website. The anti-nationals and traitors who were opposing Demonetization without seeing that it has halted the fast paced lives of people so that they can think about themselves while standing in bank queues or arrange their marriages through Facebook live are now criticizing this welfare of poor dear black money hoarders. These Modi haters will go to hell.

Keep The Change

Keep The Change

The decision to demonetize Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes came as a surprise to the nation on the night of 8th November 2016. PM Narender Modi who was addressing the nation for the same also appeared surprised during announcement. Although he was not in his usual energy while delivering this speech his announcement energized the nation. I applauded it as a great decision which in a single stroke get rid the nation from counterfeit notes, black money and terrorist funding until the other side of it came in front of me.

Grocery stores, departmental stores, dairies, chemists and other such stores started shutting doors for people with Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. Chaos was also created in the ATM's where large number of people gathered to withdraw Rs 100 notes. The machines were empty with Rs 100 notes quickly. Delhi Metro is also accepting lower denomination notes troubling the travelers even those with cards are having problem since recharges for them is not available in Rs 500 or Rs 1000. Banks are closed on 9th which troubled many people who thought to withdraw some money for daily uses. Daily wage laborers, rickshaw pullers, small businesses like mine, vegetable vendors and even wholesale dealers who mainly have cash transactions, salaried people and housewives started feeling pain of this decision in the morning when everyone discontinued to accept them. Those holding debit cards, credit cards or electronic wallets are able to transact up to a limit.

The new currency notes were also displayed by RBI governor. They are much beautiful than the one discontinued but now we have Rs 2000 note instead of Rs 1000. Will it not in the future become the reason of hoarding black money? Why like USA and Europe we can use only note up to Rs 100? Moreover for the common people who find it difficult to get change for Rs 500, Rs 100 or Rs 1000 getting change for Rs 2000 would be a daunting task.

Government should have introduced the new notes before discontinuing the old ones or prior information should be given to the common people or Rs 100 notes should be in plenty in the market. According to RBI from total cash circulated in the country 85% notes are in denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 so the chaos created from their absence can be easily judged. I am sure long queues are waiting when the bank opens and new notes started coming out from them. News coming from all over the country is showing only confused people. The one without bank accounts are tenser to think how will they exchange few notes with them. It is still to see how much black money this move will unearth because I am sure those with millions and billions of such unaccounted notes must have the ways to regulate them also. Till anything new happens in this matter keep the change.

Hum Bolega To Bologe Ki Bolta Hai !

Hum Bolega To Bologe Ki Bolta Hai !

What a common citizen like me has an opinion on national issues of importance doesn’t matter neither it heal or agitate those affected but what the Prime Minister says hold ground and is important for each citizen of the country. A leader for me is not one who can lead us to victory but a person who instill belief in his team that we can win. Sadly our Prime Minister Mr Narender Damodardas Modi has failed in earning that confidence of a large population.

Whether it is issue of farmers killing them in drought, anti-national debate, JNU row, Rohith Vemula suicide, Beef ban, FTII students’ protest, Love Jihad, Akhlaq lynching and most recently attacks of cow vigilantes on Dalits/Muslims and Kashmir unrest, he always reacted late or never reacted at all in an uncaring attitude. His silence many times comes out as his approval to such issues.  I agree that media and we the people of India are scrutinizing him more for his actions but he himself is responsible for it by generating high expectations during his campaigning before 2014 elections. All his promises like 1 crore employment in a year, control in terrorist activities, better relation with the neighbors and more importantly development which he marked his main goal are not achieved. In addition to the burden of fragile economy the disturbance through his party’s affiliated people/organizations and his silence have increased the unrest in people.

He reacted on Dalit flogging in Una Gujarat and on Kashmir unrest now when the situation is out of control. He must come out from the campaigning mode to understand the happenings of the country better which has varied problems unlike Gujarat which he ruled or 12 years. Even when he spoke about attacks of so called gau rakshak dals on Dalits he didn’t spoke about attacks on Muslims which are bigger target of these groups.  His reactions this time also were dramatic and appeared insensitive. The cows for which some are killing humans are also dying in government cow shelters (Gau Shalas) in BJP ruled states which clearly exposes their hypocritical attitude.

Kashmir unrest is responded by army with violence when a sympathetic hug and unconditional dialogue with the people of Kashmir is required which have lost more than 60 young lives in army retaliation. Sometimes when I think about indifference of Mr Narender Modi on various important issues I fear that he has still left with about three years and things can go worse from bad. The programs he has initiated in these two years are also mere events without any fruitful result for people or the economy. Even if he does nothing for these issues he must speak timely or just tweet his opinion which he do for every small things. Hope the atmosphere of animosity soon ended and give way to love, peace and brotherhood. Good Bye. God Bless India.

The Political Tamasha

The Political Tamasha

Time has changed, time is changing and time will change; things also change according to it but I prefer they change for the positiveness, for the good. Modi government's show on completing 2 years in power was loaded with Bollywood stars and cabinet ministers. ' Ek Naye Subah (A New Dawn) as it was called kept public broadcasting channel busy for the whole day in self praise of the government ,if you have done something you pat your back for it and wanted everybody to do the same but why at the cost of public money. My problem lies in the expenditure and the grandness of the whole event.

Firstly the day long telethon on DD channels devoid viewers from choice to watch any other thing on television. Secondly the front page ads on all national and regional daily newspapers would have cost government around millions, we the people have no access to the figures of that government expenditure. Lastly I believe that if you have done something for the people they will know it for the change in their living or working condition. In that case a mere one or two hour show on government achievements would be enough to tell the people about the source of change in their life. Such shows are acting like an expensive carpet which his hiding the tattered condition of the floor beneath it.

The drought condition in around sixteen states is not hidden from anybody, farmers are committing suicide on daily basis for unable to pay their debts, banks lending power have decreased due to increase in bad loan amounts, local businesses are on all time low, employment generation in last two years is zero, exports have reduced to negligible, in such a situation government is celebrating its achievements which some believe is to calm down unrest in people by showing little successes as huge achievements. Some experts also raises questions on what they called their successes like Jan Dhan Yojna which have more zero balance accounts than operating ones, Digital India which is only looks a dream when we can't even solve the call drop problem.

Similarly Make In India facing competition from China and there are little foreign companies interested in setting up factories in India after seeing the effect of Jat Agitation in Haryana. Skill India has failed because government is unable to generate employment for people they have trained, Start Up India has slow progress and companies like Ringing Bell which have not given a single phone yet at Rs 501 have yet to get common man's confidence. So my advice to Mr Modi is work for India and its people and then your work will speak for you without you taking pain to remind us what you have done in all these years. Till next post God Bless India.

New Opposition

New Opposition

I am confused with the way current government is behaving in most of the cases the recent being the Augusta Westland Scam related to some army chopper deal with Italy in UPA regime. The government seems keen to target Gandhi Family i.e Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for their involvement in accepting bribe in this deal from the company. In no way I am giving clean chit to them or defending them in this case but the power of investigation, inquiry, arrest and punish rests with the government in power and the courts and not with the Congress party. Why government is behaving like opposition and targeting Congress and its two main leaders instead of investigating their roles and arrests them if they are guilty?

It is also interesting to note that Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar in his address to the parliament on this issue didn't mention Gandhi family name neither indicated their roles. He talked about some invisible hands which he was and CBI unable to investigate in 4 years , 2 years of which were under Narender Modi. Government even denied time bound Supreme Court monitored investigation on this issue which clearly indicates that government is just using the issue to malign Congress Party's image for future electoral gains. Please note that the company was blacklisted and the deal was cancelled in the UPA period itself while Modi government revoked that company's name and allowed it to work in India.

In 2013-14 during election campaign period and also during Anna Movement we heard both Arvind Kejriwal and Narender Modi accusing Congress of corruption, corruption and corruption. They showed evidences against them, promised that they would bring down 'The Tower of Corruption' called Congress as soon as they came in power. I thought then that soon the Indian myth of Gandhi family is our only savior and only Congress can rule the country will soon burst and a corruption free India would emerge when these stalwarts would serve the jail term but nothing of that sort happen. On the contrary these two parties when allegation fell on them defended themselves in similar way as Congress used to do when accused by the opposition.

Corruption is the main cause of poverty and slow growth. These parties and the two leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Narender Modi should act on their promises. People behind bars on charges of corruption were more in Congress rule then now, they even arrested their party-men and allies on corruption charges while current government is unable to arrest even people of opposition. Either they don't have any evidences against them and those pre-election talks were just to grab votes or they are incompetent enough to punish corrupt people. It is very necessary in current scenario that God Bless India.

Nadiya Ke Uss Paar - The Art of Living

Nadiya Ke Uss Paar - The Art of Living

In ancient times saints and sages used to sit Nadiya Ke Uss Par or across the river to meditate in calmness for the world peace and order. Today a contemporary saint has taken this practice to an all new height to teach the world his art of living here in Delhi on Yamuna flood basin. Ever shrinking river Yamuna has reduced to a drain by negligence of government and ignorance of Delhihites is now posing a threat of irreparable loss to its flood basin due to this World Cultural Festival.

Rivers were never our government's priority not even when we consider them as god and not even after so many programs running from so many years to save them. 60% sewage water goes straight into the river Yamuna without treatment. It is on the verge of extinction when 57 million people are directly dependent on its water including farmers and fisherman. The various NGO's are working towards replenishment of the river but unless there is a strong will from both the central and the state government the river's condition is not going to recover.

from Newsflicks.com

The Congress government neglected Yamuna during the construction of Commonwealth's Game Village and also during the construction of Akshardham Temple and now both the government in the center and state which boost their quality of being different from Congress are doing the same mistake by giving nod to this cultural festival which causing immeasurable and irreparable loss to the river( according to NGT ruling before festival starts). The presence of Prime Minister Narender Modi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in this function shows their indifferent attitude towards environment and ecology.

From Newsflicks.com

The decision of using army to make a bridge for a private function is also under scanner but I give so called nationalists opportunity to critique that action my concern here is the river which is facing a slow death in phases. The effect of encroaching natural lakes and rivers we have seen time and again in Uttarakhand, Kashmir and recently in Chennai yet we are not caring about nature. Those who are buying flats and attending festivals are equally responsible for the damage caused to the river than those who are building permanent and temporary constructions in flood basin.

Sometimes I think our Parliament or Delhi assembly building should be near Yamuna so that they would have acted like British Parliament had acted after unbearable foul smell from river Thames. The time has come to value a political party not only on the ability of fulfilling basic necessities but also on its ability of safeguarding nature and its resources. I would have appreciated Sri Sri Ravi Shankar if he has changed the venue to some stadium after realizing his mistake rather than sticking to a wrong decision.

I don't know even after pointing out so much negativity in our society, politics religion, culture and traditions I still hope for a better future for a better society perhaps because there are still many people who are working for a new dawn. Till next post God Bless India.

Policewale Gunde

Policewale Gunde

"What do you expect from Delhi police that they will worship them?" It was the answer when I discussed the students' lathi charge incident with someone. "Jiski Lathi Usi Ki Bhains", he added which translates as power lies with one with the stick. This is the image of Delhi police and Modi government in people's view. It's not that I think Delhi police officers as saint but regularly watching Crime Patrol on Sony TV made me think differently.

Delhi police lathi charged students of Jawahar Lal Nehru University and other student unions during their protest in front of RSS headquarters in Jhandewalan, Delhi over suicide of Hyderabad student Rohith Vemula. What is more shocking was that some other people who were not from students' union and Delhi police were beating these protesters. The beating was same for both girls and boys and in video you can hear voices from students asking what was the reason of such police atrocities. It is not a rocket science to guess that civilians who were brutally beating students along with police were RSS workers. Is RSS above law and democratic values of protest?

Prime Minister Narender Modi who when on tours abroad boost about youth power of India and the potential lies in the youth of the country must bring out his Mann Ki Baat to his lips about this police atrocity. This is not the way to treat protesters. Are they trying to imply through such violence that nobody dare to protest against this supreme unconstitutional authority? Are we still under British rule? Here I will not blame only Delhi police and Narender Modi government because in every state of India student protesters receives such kind of police treatment. The political parties which crave for votes from them don't bother to listen to their needs and demands.

I demand strong actions against all those police officers who were responsible for this incident and I also wants to know who ordered them to do so. Was Home Ministry aware of this lathi charge orders? It is sad the police system is corrupt and thrives on sycophancy. If you don't appease your masters you were not going to get promotion or some creamy post after retirement and the common man bears the burden of this police behaviors. Below is the video of policewale gunde beating the students.

Taakat Watan Ki Tumse Hai

Taakat Watan Ki Tumse Hai

I can't find enough words to thank our soldiers and officers of our armed forces for safeguarding us. Every time there is a terrorist attack, a natural calamity or any other adverse situation they lead from the front without caring for their lives. It is their selfless sacrifices which gives power to the nation and maintains peace in the country.

The military yet again proved its worth by neutralizing Pathankot Attacks in which group of heavily armed terrorists who attacked Pathankot Air Force Station (part of Western Air Command of Indian Air Force) were executed after a long battle of around four days. Seven soldiers (5 Defense Security Corps personnel, 1 IAF Garuda Commando and 1 National Security Guard) sacrificed their lives in killing six terrorists. Seven crucial lives were lost due to intelligence failure and lack of coordination among various defense agencies.

It is not the first instance that terrorists entered by crossing Beas River on India-Pakistan border yet security was not tightened in that area. Why Punjab Police didn't take any action after the news of abduction of the superintendent of Punjab Police Salwinder Singh whose vehicle was captured by them to reach their destination. The recovery of dead body of a civilian driver also failed to alert Punjab Police about the seriousness of the situation. The Home minister behaved immaturely in briefing the media about the incident and the media also was not managed properly during the operation. It seemed that there was no coordination between the central government, home ministry, defense ministry and the commanders of the operation. Although the operation succeeded bravely thanks to our soldiers it exposed the NSG condition which hasn’t changed since 26/11 Mumbai Attacks of 2008.

National Security Guard and other armed forces still lacks bullet proof jackets and state-of-the-art equipment promised to them after Mumbai Attacks. The media management we learned during that incident still appeared forgotten to me during this attack. Live reporting and continuous negative commentary by news channels created an atmosphere of fear, hatred and war among the citizen of the country. Why politicians considered life of soldier useless to not take security measures promptly? Why media is not managed by proper authority? Why government acted in haste to report the details of the operation to media?

Narender Modi after coming in power not only broke the protocol but also broke the Indian government's stand to talk with Pakistan only after they stop sending terrorists to India. I am not questioning his actions however they failed to show any positive impact in relationship of India and Pakistan. For every terrorist attack India blame Pakistan and if you look at reports of Pakistan they blame India for such incidents in their country. There is distrust between these two countries which further widens in news channel debates and news paper editorials. Thus any actions which grab undue public attention should be avoided and official level talks should continue without media attentions in spite of such attacks which try to derail the peace process.

Once again in the end I like to salute our soldiers whose bravery didn't get any mention in our political discourse and who are neglected by every political regime. I am leaving you with this song of courage of our soldiers 'Taakat Watan Ki Hum Se Hai' from the movie Prem Pujari.

Back Off India!

Back Off India!

First #GoBackIndia during Nepal Earthquake and Now #BackOffIndia after promulgation of new constitution by Nepalese is a proof of diplomatic failure of Indian government in dealing with Nepal. The people of Nepal trended Back Off India hash tag on Twitter worldwide after Indian government try to intervene in their internal matter by taking note on seven points in their new constitution. Yogi Adityanath MP of ruling party BJP ( Bhartiya Janata Party) from Gorakhpur , Uttar Pradesh went one step ahead in dictating terms to them by sending a letter to Nepal constitution assembly suggesting to make Nepal a Hindu State than a Secular State.

We have a tradition of politeness in our Indian values but the present government which cared for culture and tradition so much that they have separate Cultural Ministry forgets that basic principle of our culture while dealing with our neighbors. They show a Big brother attitude to the smaller nations, the Akhand Bharat (Unified India) advertised by associates of the government challenges unique identities of these nations which is unacceptable to their people. Pakistan, Myanmar and now Nepal's mention to India to back off from their internal affair have maligned India's international image.

PM Narender Modi says that Indian felt ashamed of them before he was Prime Minister of India but we have never faced such humiliation in international arena for our government's action in the past. If the government have some suggestions and ideas for their new constitution or even if they have some objections to it they would send a diplomat to Nepal to deal with it secretly without creating media hype which have brought embarrassment to both the countries. It seems Nepal's move of adopting a secular state over Hindu state have spoiled ruling party's agenda to promote the same in India.

Tweet: #BackOffIndia another proof of #Modi government's foreign policy failure http://ctt.ec/t7Ph2+ via @cifarshayar

It is true that happenings in neighbor's house effect situation in our home but that doesn't mean we dictate them how to live or how to deal in a particular situation. When we are not comfortable with someone’s intervention in our internal matters then why we expect the opposite from others. I have said so many times that Modi government need to revisit their foreign policy in case of our neighboring countries to have better connections with them. Boosting what you have done for them on international stage is not a right move when we in India believe in the concept that even left hand shouldn't know about the help made through right hand. I hope for some better strategies from the government so that we not hear phrases like #BackOffIndia from any nation in the future.

Gujarat Model - A Myth.

Gujarat Model - A Myth.

"The bigger the lie, the more it will be believed"
- Paul Joseph Goebbels (Adolf Hitler's Propaganda Minister in Nazi Germany).

I never believed in the myth of Gujarat Model advertised by BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party) in 2014 Indian General Election to show Narender Modi as developmental man because I have read the reports of high malnutrition deaths, most anemic mothers and poor conditions of farmers in Gujarat state. But those who believed could see the proof of it in recent agitation and violence by Patel community lead by Hardik Patel a young individual from this community. "Repeat a lie thousand times and it becomes a truth," this quote is also attributed to Paul Joseph Goebbels is holding a firm ground in the case of Gujarat Model.

Patels of Gujarat which constitute most of the Gujarati NRI's, diamond traders, big business owners and holds important positions in the government including Chief Minister post (Anandiben Patel) are demanding reservation in the OBC (Other Backward Classes) category due to pathetic condition of their community. The community which is considered rich and prosperous if facing such a situation then you could easily judge the conditions of SC/ST and Dalit community which stands at lower end of the caste system in India. This agitation is also a slap on the claims of caste less society in Gujarat - the dream which Narender Modi also selling to the people of India after becoming Prime Minister without any steps towards its implementation.

I haven't seen any social and economical improvement in the standard of poor SC/ST, Dalit and OBC from reservation since the time I am following national politics closely (i.e last 15 years). The benefits of reservation go to a selected few while the large population remain unaffected with its effects. This is happening from the start making the idea of reservation as uplifting of backward classes worthless. Moreover it has increased the caste divide among those sections of upper castes who lost their seats to reserved candidates in spite of being more eligible for the post. Such people dislike advancement of lower castes and try to humiliate them when ever get a chance.

I see economic help as solution to this problem. Economically weaker sections from every community, caste, religion should be supported with money to study and work. Their should be no reservation only equal opportunities on qualification basis, this also mean removal of privilege classes. This would be the real social justice but the politicians which garner votes just by creating caste divide would never put worth such an idea. The possibilities of RSS propaganda couldn't be denied in Gujarat since they are not in favor of any reservations which lower caste believes is a move against their growth. I pray for safety of people in Gujarat stuck in the violent clashes between the police and demonstrators in the land of Mahatma Gandhi.

The Merchant of Dreams - Narender Modi

The Merchant of Dreams - Narender Modi

There is no doubt in proficient oratory skills of Mr Modi. Even his opponents flabbergasted by his ability to mesmerize and hypnotize his audience are unable to bring someone matching to his skills. Yesterday in his second speech from the Red Fort after flag hoisting he was impressive not only for maintaining his energy in such a humid Delhi atmosphere but for delivering an unwritten speech without any teleprompter and bulletproof screen protection.

His speech mainly covered his achievements of the previous year which are contradictory as compare to the real ground situation. For instance more than 90% of the account opened through Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan Yojana (18 crore approx.) have zero balance in them. Those functional have not received Rs 5000 loan promised after six month's transaction and the 1 lakh insurance was only receivable in accidental deaths. Target of toilets in all primary schools is also not achieved yet. Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana to adopt an develop a village in his/her area by an MP is also under clouds for not getting any directions for the same. More than 100 MP's haven't adopt a village and those who have adopted the villages haven't done much in the area. There is no employment generation which is a clear indicator of failing of Make In India and Skill India in already slow indigenous Indian market. If you are an Internet user than you can judge the best about success claims of Digital India initiative which is incomplete without nationwide Internet coverage and enhanced net speed. The Indian roads, railways, public toilet could explain better about Swach Bharat (Clean India Mission.) The rate of crimes against women is also high.

Looking at the conditions of previous year's announcements recent declaration about Start Up India, Stand Up India and giving electricity to 1.8 lakh villages 1000 days appears only dreams. From his journey as PM candidate till now he was selling only dreams to the people of India. Dreams for which he don't have some solid program and policy. It is easy to say than to fulfill which he even admitted during his Mann Ki Baat on the issue of One Rank One Pension. He said that he made the promise to implement it after becoming PM without reading its implications.

The application and announcement are two different things. It is easy to announce things to win people's heart but difficult to make it a reality. The bullet train needs 25 years, Yoga is a personal choice and moral teachings best works in India with strict law only. Moreover, the man who speak so much against corruption, communalism, castism, women safety and other such things remain silent when these things practiced by people within his own party and government. He didn't bother to attend parliament during discussions on these issues. Mr Dream Merchant one can forget and forgive a person who break one's leg but not the person who break dreams. Dreams keep alive the hope and trust in us, if they break we left broken without them. Take all safety precautions because you are playing with fire.

The real independence reside where people have more powers than leaders. They should have say in law making, they should have power to ask questions and they must be protected by law equally. So we are still slaves at hands of few in the power.

World Yoga Day - New Aasan

World Yoga Day - New Aasan

International Yoga Day on 21st June 2015 was an eye catching event owing to its vastness and reach. The PM famous for his marketing and event management skills stood victorious again at this time in making it a world event without any flaws if we ignore some asanas (posture) he performed wrong. But I am not here to praise the achievements of this day since our PM expert in Swayam Prashansan (Self-Praise Posture) is enough for this, I am here to make you aware of the few New Aasanas (postures) trending in the country.

Ram Madhav with his latest tweet after World Yoga Day about Vice President Hamid Ansari joined the league of other BJP leaders like Sakshi Maharaj, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Yogi Adityanath and some others who are expert practitioner of Murkh Samvad Aasan (Foolish Talking Posture). In this aasan the practitioner speaks without knowing the facts and repercussions of his sayings as Ram Madhav did with his tweet without knowing that Vice President was not invited for the event due to protocol perhaps he was trying the age old favorite Sampradayik Aasan (communal posture) of RSS and BJP.

Recently PM Narender Modi who has become a pro in Ulat Palat Asan (Shuffle Posture) by changing his views on various issues before and after the General elections has now learnt Maun Aasan (Silent Posture) by keeping silent on Lalit Modi, Vasundhara Raje and Sushma Swaraj's Bhrashtachaar Aasan (Corruption Posture) which sources close to him claims he has learnt from Manmohan Singh the former Prime Minister of India during their 45 minutes meeting recently at 7 Race Course Road. It is not difficult to understand that PM is a quick learner the use of Made In China yoga mats despite his urge for Make In India appears to be the practice of Jumla Aasan (Phrase Posture) taught by Amit Shah to him and used previously for Black Money issue.

Modi government in partnership with Arvind Kejriwal lead Delhi government is also doing Kathputli Aasan (Puppet posture) and Nautanki Aasan (Drama posture) with Delhi L.G Najeeb Jung leading the troops leaving Delhi citizens in Tang Aasan (Trouble posture) due to restrictions in developmental work. The already troubled public is fed up of all these aasanas of politicians and want something to uplift their spirit, though Rahul Gandhi's Sakriya Aasan ( Active Posture) brings some hope but they are not stopping doing  Shanka Asan (doubt posture) looking at his previous performances.

Just keep practicing yoga taught by Yoga Gurus for healthy mind, body and soul because politically taught aasanas have bad effect not only on our health but the health of society and nation.

Privileged Fugitive

Privileged Fugitive

You will wish to commit a crime if you would see Lalit Modi's Instagram and Twitter images with celebrities in parties or his images of relaxation in destinations like Venice, Paris and London. The accused of money laundering in IPL (Indian Premier League) is enjoying in England and other European countries after taking refuge there in 2010.

A big corporate player Modi has good relations with both BJP and Congress leaders which resulted in his easy escape in 2010 and getting favors from external affair minister Sushma Swaraj even in the Narender Modi regime which flaunts its spotless image freely. Why any accused would have such an easy access to top ministers without having any fear of being caught by the investigative officials ?The silence of Narender Modi on this issue brought him at par with Manmohan Singh who remained silent on various scams during his tenure as PM of India.

It is an open secret that IPL is more of money than cricket and spot fixing allegations on players and officials are equal news makers along with the cricketing geniuses. I am not against IPL because it has helped in giving a big platform to emerging young Indian cricketers which otherwise lost in cricket politics but it must be free from fixing issues to have a genuine impact. We all know that corporate means profit, they don't see good or bad in making profits and if such people are heading top posts in sports bodies then they will try to make profit in them also by hook or by crook.

Sushma Swaraj should clarify her stand because there are no humanitarian ground which could justify helping a criminal. If this is justified then Dawood Ibrahim  someday would ask her to visit his ailing relatives in India on humanitarian ground without any fear of being caught or other accused who are outside India would also roam freely like Lalit Modi mocking Indian judicial system. I hope Finance Minister, External Affair Minister or Prime Minister should say something on this issue.

Ek Paar Modi Sarkaar

Ek Paar Modi Sarkar

Narender Modi is completing one year in office as Prime Minister (PM) of India on 26th May. This one year is not less than a roller caster ride for citizen of this country for having experiences which they haven't in their entire life. The Babu's day out with brooms on 2nd October which have everything except Mahatma Gandhi for whose birthday this day is remembered in India, restless and respect-less teachers on teachers day, Obama show on Republic Day are some arrangements by this government.

The aim of the Modi Sarkaar in this last year was to destroy value of special days by introducing photo sharing opportunities for celebrities in events like Swach Bharat, the agenda of growth which was the main point during his campaigning days appears missing in this second set of campaigning on the foreign soils among NRI's. Manufacturing sector, Infrastructure sector, retail growth, production, employment are facing lowest ever figures. Nothing done for farmers, laborers, middle class and lower middle class except for fake promises. MNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) which helped in raising the living standard of rural Indians is on verge of extinction with no work granting under this scheme.

The Naseebwala PM has crop damage due to excessive rains, Kashmir Flood, recent earthquake in Bihar in his naseeb for the nation. His law changing abilities have resulted in the changes in Land Acquisition Law, Whistle blower Act, Real Estate Act, etc for the worse for citizen of India. He is only self praising himself. Their is only one man in the government and all other ministers are worth puppets in his hands with no real decision making ability. The minorities are feeling insecure under his rules with rise in hate incidents even at places which never experienced such incidents, attacks on minority places of worship, relating cow slaughtering to particular community, Ghar Wapasi, Love Jihad are feathers in his cap for the first year.

He is promoting his foreign trips (18 countries in one year) as a step towards Make In India initiative while statistics shows a decline in foreign investment in the last one year instead while these trips costs more than Rs 600 crores to the nation and almost about 800 crores were wasted on government marketing. 12 months of his demanded 60 months have passed in turmoil for the nation. I will pray for goodwill of our country in coming 48 months. God Bless India.

Do respond in the comment section if you think I have ignored his achievement in this one year because Jan Dhan has 60% accounts with zero balance, his recent insurance schemes are just for name having no use for the masses, Ganga action plan is ridiculed thrice by the Supreme Court for not being effective.

Note: If Mr Modi happened to read it by chance we all are proud to be Indians not for some party or some leader but for the rich heritage of our country based on love and respect for each other. Please concentrate on development if you wish for it.

Triumph of Democracy

Triumph of Democracy - Part of India Series

Indian public for time and again have proved that public is the king in the democracy. No wave, no cult figure is strong enough to rule the mind of the country which after years of betrayal is no more ready to be dominated by any one in any way. These are the instances which keep alive the hope in the constitution of our country.

Delhi Assembly Election results with historical victory of Aam Aadmi Party have  reconfirmed the same thing. This is not only the victory of Arvind Kejriwal lead AAP but of the people of Delhi. The unbeatable Modi-Shah combination tastes a defeat after an eight month show of arrogance and one man leadership. The man who never falls short of words on any issue remained silent on his party's MP flabbergasted remarks against minority communities. He never spoke against  'four children remark' issue, 'Raamzado-Haram--do speech', omission of 'secular and socialist' from the preamble of the constitution, attacks on Churches in Delhi, Ghar Wapasi row, etc instead he flaunted Rs 8 lakh suit weaved with his name on it which was contrary to the image of common Chaiwala he projected before the 2014 general elections.

The connect he made through development agenda was lost after his swearing in as the Prime Minister of the country. He remained on a campaign trail building his international image during his foreign visits without any benefit for the country. People trust a person not merely for his great persona but also for the way one conducts oneself. The self proclaimed lucky man don't even realized that hundred of soldiers died in cross border firing and thousands of people lost their loved ones, their valued belongings in severe Kashmir flood after he became PM.

The mandate would be same for AAP if they fail in their promises to the people in the future. This Oh Yes Abhi! generation wants delivery at the earliest or at least want to see some work in the direction of that promises and not mere boosting of certain things you are doing. People say that Delhi is mini India owing to its diversity equivalent to the diversity of our country and that it gives direction to the nation by its action as in the past with Independence day movement, Emergency period, JP movement, VP movement, Anna movement, the fire ignited here spread to the nation. The recent Delhi Election coverage by foreign media also shows that world is also watching Delhi.

I hope that Modi government will mend its ways after these eye opener results and would not haste now to annul important policies and laws by previous government like MNERGA, land acquisition law, environment clearance law, etc. I also hope that Arvind Kejriwal's government would deal more professionally with the issues in Delhi and not with the quickness they displayed in 49 days. Till any big political historical event hail the democracy of India.

Is Jeevan Ka Yahi Hai Rangroop !

Is Jeevan Ka Yahi Hai Rangroop ! ( This is the color of life ! )

Part of India Series

उम्र-ए-दराज़ मांग कर लाए थे चार दिन,
दो आरज़ू में कट गए दो इंतज़ार में।
Umr-e-daraaz maang kar laye the chaar din,
Do aarzu mein kat gaye do intezaar mein.

(Having asked for long life,I brought back four days,

Two passed in yearning and two in waiting I spend.)

Bahadur Shah Zafar's couplet aptly fits on Lal Krishan Advani the senior most leader of ruling party ( Bhartiya Janata Party ) of India who extended his political carrier in this elections in hope of some miracle that he would become PM of India but on the contrary he remained the only person to be regarded as a PM in waiting in Indian political sphere.

He was in the party since its formation as Jana Sangh in 1951 along with former Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He played a significant role in its formation as Bhartiya Janata Party in 1980 and was among the founder members. He remained a stalwart leader until the emergence of Narender Modi who reduced him to a mere spectator in the party.

His political life is an example of how life changes its color. Once a deputy PM and a nominated candidate for PM post is now dropped from decision making parliamentary board of the party and is shifted to the newly formed Margdarshak Mandal ( Guidance Board ) along with Murli Manohar Joshi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee , Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah and Narender Modi with inclusion of current top leadership in this group its evident that senior leader would hardly get any work to do.

The party which always criticized Congress for its treatment of senior members have sent their most senior and popular leaders to a dormant board whose function is still not clear, that too just by releasing a press note. From last one year when Narender Modi became the PM candidate for BJP , L.K.Advani's place in the party is challenged. His U-turn from the resignation from all party posts in 2013 has dented his more image in public and media. I don't know why he fought under Modi's leadership when it was decided that Modi was a PM candidate and no 75+ MP would get a place in the cabinet? He might have thought that party would consider him to negotiate with other parties for support if BJP wouldn't get majority but the historical mandate put water on his desires and dragged him further down in the party.

There is downfall of every sun, closure of each chapter, change of each season, new for every old. He became the part of that series. Other senior party members who were loyalist of Narender Modi are promoted as governors of various states while He and Joshi remained hopeful for some better retirement policy considering their party as a traditional one where elders are respected. It is like sending elders to old age homes after transferring property to their names. But I also think that he was somewhere or the other was aware of such treatment being sidelined by RSS and party for about a year.

When he was the face of hardliner Hindutva policy he was hailed by party and Sangh and when he started transforming into a much appealing national leader he was marginalized. He remained a vital element of Indian politics throughout his career whether in good or in bad. I have prepared this video with a song in Kishore Kumar's voice from the movie Piya Ka Ghar below for him and hope that he understand that such things are part and parcel of a politician , Ye jivan hai is jivan ka yahi hai rangroop ! ( This is life and such is the color of this life.)

Acche Din Aane Wale Hain?

Achche Din Aane Wale Hain ? ( Good Days Are Ahead?)

Results of Indian General Election 2014 yesterday gave a new national leader to the country in the form of Mr. Narender Modi. His rise is a case study for marketing and advertising people. He was present everywhere during election campaign whether it is news channels,newspapers,facebook,twitter,T-shirts,tea cups,Modi comics, chai pe charcha,3D rallies, etc which helped him reach maximum number of people and making an impact in their minds which other political parties failed to do. His mannerism and controversial behavior also helped him gain popularity.

Emergence of Narender Modi also helped people rise above caste politics which destroyed political presence of regional parties eliminating possibilities of their role as king or kingmaker as in last twenty-five years. These parties formed due to regional aspirations of each became mere pressure groups in coalition governments restricting governments to take any strong steps. Women reservation bill,Janlokpal bill, food security bill, targeted violence bill are some important bills and acts which remain hanging between the two houses of the parliament thanks to these regional parties. We know some parts of the country needs more attention than the others - the main demand of the regional parties however they failed to do so when came to power in their areas barring the few.

As gaining the majority was a tough task for him so is the running of new government owing to the world economic crises which India is also facing. I think he knew this for which he raised the time limit from 60 to 120 months in his thank you speech in Ahmedabad after results were declared. In his election campaign speeches he made so much promises that completing them would be hard nut to crack as Oh Yes Abhi ! generation wanted everything immediately. It is not so that Manmohan Singh's government was not doing anything but the condition was so much worse that something extra is required to control inflation, generating employment, improving farmers condition, etc. ( You can check Manmohan Singh's efforts here.)

Modi's election campaign was much like Shah Rukh Khan's promotion of Ra.One. He with his presence at every platform during the release of the film made sure that everyone must watch that movie once similarly Modi brought people to vote for him once. Shah Rukh 's effort resulted in good box office collection for the otherwise flop film and Modi's efforts ensured  BJP Modi government of party with many differences among them. The coming of Modi government and not the BJP government gave scope to dictatorial tendencies.( I noticed a bit arrogance in his yesterday's speech.)

Question mark at the end of my title shows my doubt about good days since India of 1.25 billion population is entirely different from a wealthy Gujarat state of 60 million people. Also there must be some expectations of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh ) parent organisation of BJP(Bhartiya Janata Party ) who devoted all his powers in promoting PM Modi and of those people who have spent enormous amount of money in his public rallies and meetings, how he handle this would also be interesting. Moreover a large population is feeling insecure under his leadership, to inculcate faith in them would be a daunting task. Congratulations and best of luck to him for the future only time will tell how positive or negative will be MODI-fication of politics.

Criminals Not To Be Part Of 16th Lok Sabha

Criminals Not To Be Part Of 16th Lok Sabha

May 17th 2014: New Delhi : When nation is witnessing a hung house as no party or coalition is heading towards a clean majority a good news is coming from behalf of Election Commission (EC) and Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) that all candidates with criminal records have lost their elections. Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath labelling it as the victory of democracy said," EC's team efforts for free and fair election has given us such results. I thank all Indian voters for this victory."

Responding to the news PM Manmohan Singh gave his government the credit for initiating electoral reforms by giving more powers to the EC and for providing an environment where guilty got punishment. BJP's PM post candidate Narender Modi told our reporter that he encouraged people during his public meetings to vote for the honest and decent candidates. AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal mocked his response and said ," Modi Ji's sense of humor is very good it was his party that gave the most number of tickets to candidates with criminal background and there are also ministers in his Gujarat government convicted by the court of law." Rahul Gandhi and his mother Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi remained silence on the issue while most of the other congress leaders tweeted it as the victory of their party's no tolerance for criminals policy forgetting that many party ministers are in jail bars various scams and crimes.

It is still not clear who will form the government at centre in coming days but this result will bar political parties to contest elections with candidates having criminal backgrounds. Some experts believes that apart from efforts by EC and ADR, Aamir Khan's Satyamev Jayate played a pivotal role in decriminalizing these elections. The whole nation for the first time in the history of Indian elections is celebrating the victory of Indian democracy rather than victory of any leader or political party.
